JDFSC Athlete Development Pathway
Program Overview
Group A is designed for skaters who have successfully completed the Junior Academy and are ready to begin structured figure skating training. Athletes will continue developing strong skating skills while introducing more advanced spins, jumps, edges, and turns in preparation for Group B.
Registration Requirements
Minimum registration of 2 skating days per week
Successful completion of the Junior Academy or equivalent JDFSC
assessment
Must demonstrate readiness for independent group instruction

Competing at approximately Novice/Star 10 and beyond, with individualized high-performance training plans.
